Skin Tests and Deposits:

For new clients or first-time colour appointments, a valid skin test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment. Our online booking allows you to book for a consultation and skin test, this allows your chosen stylist to see and examine your hair in person to choose the correct service and give you an accurate quote for pricing whilst also completing your skin test.

All colour services do require a deposit of £30 to secure your appointment. Deposits on appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a deposit is not taken at the time of booking, then we may be in contact with you to take a deposit before the day of your appointment.
